As to health improvement;
My number one is; Be in a good mood!
I always played a lot of soccer (onze voetbal) and tennis when I was young, and I'm continuing that still. I started lifting weights about 7 years ago. 2 years ago found Art D's blog and started exercising using his principles.
I do some sprint work also and used to teach martial arts. But now practice that on my own mostly.
But I'll say again, just being happy is probably the best practice of all ;-)
