You just got to make it great and enjoy. Flow more with what comes your way, the more we resist, the more we fight, the more we tense up, the more we worry, the less we breathe.

Breakfast was some grass fed ground beef sauteed in garlic and scallion with butter. Some ancho chili pepper as a spice. Sliced/cubed fresh zucchini and spinach.
Greek yogurt with garlic and cucumber
Lunch was grilled chicken over some fresh iceberg lettuce.
