"The way to experience ultimate happiness.........

Is to let go of all worries and regrets, and to know that being happy is the most satisfying of life's feelings. Reflect back on all the progress in your life and allow the positive, creative and joyous thoughts to outshine and overwhelm any sorrow or grief that may linger in the recesses of your mind. Knowing that disease and disaster are natural parts of life is the key to overcoming adversity with a calm and happy spirit. Happiness is waiting right here in front of you. Only you can decide whether or not you choose to experience it. Take this to heart!" T.T.

Just wanted to say I love your blog, this is so helpful. I found De Vany's blog a few days ago and have been voraciously reading it since.

I saw your link in a comment about an hour ago and read your entire blog from the first post until this one, and I now feel like I have a better grasp on the variety of eating this way. I admit I can barely cook, although I can make a decent salad. But overall I'm not creative in the kitchen.

Seeing how simple & basic it can be is really motivating. I'm starting to grasp that I can do it and it doesn't have to be a major undertaking. It also helps that nearly all of the things you eat are things I already like quite a bit. :)

Thanks for the ideas, keep 'em coming. Your friend is so lucky to have you cooking for her.

Thank you so much.
I must admit that I have been slacking a bit in keeping the blog updated. I was not getting a lot of feedback, and wasn't sure if people were reading it or even finding it usefull. but even if it's just one person like yourself that finds it helpful, well that makes all the difference to me. so thank you again. You have re-motivated me to keep posting.
