What's for breakfast?

Steak strips quickly marinated in evoo, dijon mustard, garlic, fresh ground pepper. Then quickly seared in the cast iron skillet. Also added a half a tomato.
Grapes and blueberries.

i really like how that dish look's lots of color.Any suggestions on what i should do with chicken thighs i have for supper tonight?and should i eat the skin or is that a bad idea?and also run over to Art's site and check out his great interview.

You can grill them, or slow cook them.
How's this; saute them with onion, then add some red wine and broth, and let simmer on low low heat for a few hours.
