Not enough?

Thank you all for your comments. I really look forward to getting them.

So you think my portions are small?
Keep in mind that I'm posting mostly "break-fast" meals.
If you check out some of Art Devany's break fast meals, you'll see that they share a lot of similarities.
To give you a look at some of my bigger meals of the day, I will post some lunch and dinner pictures for a while. Lunch is usually the biggest meal of the day for me.

Breakfast;
2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, a few apples slices and champagne grapes

Make it a great day, if you slipped a little yesterday in regards to your eating or workouts.......don't sweat it. Today is a new day. Keep going.

I did some tapioca starch baking this spring for Passover when no leavened flour is permitted. didnt have too much success though!!

What did you try to make?
Did it get to hard?

Honestly I dont remember what I tried. Perhaps some cookies?? Also used it for thickening and breading but I didnt enjoy the texture:-)

That explains Marc :) Now that I think about it, while my breakfasts might seem huge- that's because 90% of it is salad leaves.
I'm curious about your other meals though, do post! Thanks
