I hope you're seeing that eating healthy and natural doesn't mean no flavor. I use many different marinades to give food some spectacular flavors. Food is to be enjoyed.
However......balance is key. Have some days when the food you make is bland. give the taste buds a rest. Example is BREAKFAST this morning;
4 boiled eggs, cut up small organic zucchini, a few strips yellow and orange peppers cut up, 4 asparagus stalks cut up. A few blue berries. Simple right?
If you're shopping this weekend.....try and find some "roasted balsamic vinaigrette" it's wonderful and I will share some ways on how to use it.
