Had a good workout this morning, but an even better breakfast;
some good ole " lox eggs and onions" Saute some onion, put in some smoked salmon stir and put aside. Scrambled eggs with three eggs only 2 yolks. Then combine. One small organic zucchini. Eaten raw, sorta like a carrot ;-)
Had some honeydew with it.
Lunch;
Some salad with a few pieces of pulled chicken. Small portion....was still somewhat full from breakfast. It just set the tone for the day, delicious, filling, nutritious and satisfying.
Afternoon snack; couple more pieces of honeydew.
I'll let you know what I had for dinner, tomorrow.
