Simple and quick

Breakfast was simple and quick;
Had some left over grilled (skinless) chicken thighs. (about 3 of them)
Large amount of celery, cut up. Some grapes.

Lunch; 5 thin slices of raw salmon, 5 thin slices of raw snapper. small cucumber salad with sesame seeds and seaweed.


Dinner; Sauteed bok choy with asparagus, yellow pepper, shallot and garlic. Grilled chicken breast. 2 glasses Red wine
