Breakfast;
In a hurry and not prepared
Some roasted turkey slices (natural one from applegate), one small organic apple.

I have been busier then usual for this time of year, so have not been posting in much detail.
Did you guys enjoy the pics from the previous posts? Helpful? Waste of my time? ;-)

Lunch today will be a salad with some form of protein. Getting hungry and have not decided.

9/11 today, crazy world we live in. I'll leave you with an excerpt from "Desiderata"

"You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,

whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,

it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.Strive to be happy. "

(If he will be possible add the CresceNet(www.provedorcrescenet.com) in your blogroll I thankful, bye friend).

P.S. I liked your quote a lot, especially the end. This is my basic outlook on life.

"With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy."
