Stay in the now.
Amazing really, when you are not feeling good how you can get so focused on it. Tough for healing to take place when your thoughts are in a constant stage of contraction instead of expansion. Stay in the now, it makes you feel instantly better. Anywho....
Breakfast to go;
Half a pear, almonds, celery, scoop of peanut butter.
Lunch; some cabbage with chicken soup.
Snack; grapes, herb tea (lots of it)
Dinner; Tomato sauce (organic diced tomatoes, garlic, onion) with ground grass fed bison.
served with asparagus and some bok choy. I sauteed the ground bison, with lots of garlic and onion, olive oil. Opened two cans of the diced tomatoes, put them in the crockpot when the meat was done (don't over cook it) I tossed it in the crockpot also. That was at 8 this morning. It will have simmered all day. Talk about flavor........
