There are some really interesting posts on Art Devany's site in regards to "Brain Fade".
What are your thoughts and feelings on it?
Breakfast;
Mashed sweet potato, splash or organic half and half, organic butter, 1 tsp of hot pepper relish and some scallions. Three free range omega 3 eggs, fried in butter with lots of scallions and 3 cherry tomatoes and olives.
