Fats in cold weather

With this cold weather, I notice my body craves more fat.
So breakfast this morning;

Sauteed in organic butter, some garlic, onion, yellow pepper, asparagus. Then put in two large tablespoons of cashew butter, 1/3 cup of water.
Topped of with some fresh sliced cucumber.
I left the picture out on wasn't pretty looking. ;-)
