
What does this have to do with food?????????????? Sorry...weather is just real nice outside.
and sitting at my desk is not helping the situation.
This blog will simply detail what I eat on a daily basis as well as some motivational and hopefully inspirational comments. My food consumption consists mostly of meats,chicken,turkey, fish,vegetables,nuts and fruits. I hope this blog helps with the effort to feel good eating. Carpe Diem
