If you are unable to do double-unders, you can sub 3-5 singles per. <br /><br />Have you ever watched the Buddy Lee videos!? I start every workout in the ...I love to jump rope. I start every workout in the gym with 5-10 mins of jump rope. It gets the heart pumping and warms the whole body.
