I made ...SO you inspired me today to try something. I made a parsnip soup. Sauteed some chopped leeks in coconut oil, then addd tons of shredded parsnips. In went salt, fresh ground blk pepper, coconut milk and water to fill pot. After an hour, I plan to puree it with some fresh parsley. I'll pack a little bit in a container with a few ice cubes. When I have a long match on my hands, I might have a few pieces during change overs.
