I made some today but ...You could steam it or boil. I made some today but a bit more dressed up! Roasted cauliflower in a covered pyrex with a bit of water in a hot oven for 45 min. Then I added it to the food processor with some coconut oil sauteed onion/garlic and some fresh parsley and a pinch of salt.
