Someone just gave me a smoker box for my gas grill. I've been itching to try it out, but just ran out of wood chips.

Should be a very nice dinner between the chicken thighs and Salsa Verde.

Thanks man.

DanDannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2315368073174523718.post-41696597173468299322010-02-03T07:05:58.707-05:002010-02-03T07:05:58.707-05:00ATT22,

Very cool.
We had a new restaurant open here about a year ago that brought a D.C celeb chef here. It's called Sea Salt.

Mark,
Be curious if you will like what I make. I think I will run about 10-12 miles a week, that's all.

Caveman Sam,
Thanks for stopping by. What a great blog you have! Look forward to reading more.

Kat,
Can you share some more info on Carnitine from your experience?
That would be great. I look forward to reading your blog!

MarcMarchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11282762521120556778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2315368073174523718.post-68606793978684844982010-02-02T19:38:45.776-05:002010-02-02T19:38:45.776-05:00A chicken thigh a day keeps the doctor away ... or...A chicken thigh a day keeps the doctor away ... or something like that. My recent early morning pre-workout snack is a leftover grilled chicken thigh with organic sea salt, a teaspoon of carnitine, and a strong coffee. Delicious, and I can tell you I am SMASHING that gym like never before - try it!Kat Edenhttp://www.bodyincredible.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2315368073174523718.post-34624846354325923952010-02-02T16:50:22.148-05:002010-02-02T16:50:22.148-05:00Mmmmm charcoal. I've been eating a bit of sweet potato and pumpkin lately - perhaps I should ad turnips to the mix.

I, too, went running on Sunday for the first time in I don't know how long. It's been at least 6 months and probably longer. I wanted to try out the ChiRunning technique. I did 4 miles without too much difficulty - my time wasn't all that great b/c I had to keep stopping myself and resetting my alignment. I felt good afterward though the street felt awfully hard on my legs. No way I am going to make that a regular thing, but once in a while it's fun.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10109264769312171993noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2315368073174523718.post-62221100502384750462010-02-02T09:46:27.716-05:002010-02-02T09:46:27.716-05:00Loved the Sagan post. Ruins anything I cook with them (for me at least).Alexandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08736267348839760241noreply@blogger.com
